ingredients
2 cups packaged pancake mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
OR
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
OR
2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
maple syrup
margarine or butter (optional)
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In medium mixing bowl, stir together pancake mix, milk, egg, cooking oil and cinnamon. Batter will have small lumps.
Stir in blueberries, chocolate pieces or bacon. Pour into greased 15 1/2-by-10 1/2-by-1-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes, or until done.
Cut into squares. Serve with syrup and margarine or butter, if desired.
