ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pinch nutmeg
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 lemon, juiced
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg together, leaving batter a bit lumpy. Melt butter in a large frying pan and add the batter.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and return briefly to oven.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut into wedges.
