- #100968
2-5 hrs
ingredients
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 lime, zested
1 orange, zested
1 clove garlic, minced
1 seeded jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 pound turkey breast cutlets, each cut about 1/2-inch thick
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, drained, juice reserved
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon honey
directions
Combine the juices, zests, garlic and jalapeno in a medium bowl. Transfer half of the juice mixture to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate. Whisk oil into remaining juice mixture.
Place turkey in a large food storage bag. Pour the oil-juice mixture over turkey and seal. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Meanwhile, place reserved juice mixture in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in reserved pineapple juice, onion and honey. Heat to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, until juice has reduced by about half, about 15 minutes. Stir in the pineapple and cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat grill or broiler. Grill turkey until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer registers 180 degrees F, about 7-8 minutes per side. Serve turkey with warm pineapple mixture.

Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
