4 turkey cutlets, about 5 ounces each
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
directions
Season the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper and then drizzle with olive oil.
Place a saute pan large enough to accommodate all the cutlets over medium-high heat.

nutrition data
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.

I had never cooked turkey cutlets before, only baked whole turkey or turkey breast. I seasoned with more than just salt and pepper, but the recipe was very good.
