ingredients
1 1/4 pound turkey breast cutlets
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
directions
Spray skillet with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Flatten cutlets to about 1/4-inch thickness. Place in skillet. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and paprika. Cook 3/4 minutes, turn and cook 4-5 minutes more or until done through.
Remove turkey from skillet. Add lemon juice, water and margarine. Heat until hot,stirring up any spices stuck on the bottom.
Serve sauce over cutlets.

I was looking for something to do different with turkey breast cutlets and this was definitely it! My cutlets turned out great Ive never cooked them on the stove top without flour, thanks to this recipe I will always cook them without flour its healthier and more delicious, thank you!
