Slow Cooker Asian Country-Style Spareribs

ingredients
3 pounds country style or Western style spare ribs
1 large onion, sliced thinly
1 jar (10 ounce size) duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 cup plum wine
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup orange juice, optional
directions
Place the ribs in the crock pot. Top with the sliced onion.
In a bowl, combine the duck sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, plum wine, cornstarch, and orange juice. Whisk to combine. Pour the sauce over the ribs, turning the ribs to coat thoroughly.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
