Carrot Pineapple Casserole

ingredients
1 package (1 lb size) frozen baby carrots
1 orange, peeled and cut into thin slices
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons pineapple juice from the can
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup walnut halves
directions
Cook carrots according to package directions. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a 2 quart casserole, combine cooked, drained carrots, orange slices, chopped walnuts, and pineapple.
Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar and cornstarch thoroughly. Pour mixture over casserole and toss gently until carrots are coated. Sprinkle with walnut halves.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
