Spicy Sesame Bok Choy With Green Onions

ingredients
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon granuled sugar or sugar substitute
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 bunch bok choy with leaves, cut crosswise into 2" pieces
4 chopped green onions
4 cloves minced garlic
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped peanuts
directions
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, water and sugar. Set aside.
Heat canola and sesame oils in a wok over medium-high heat. Add bok choy, green onions, garlic, soy sauce mixture and pepper flakes to taste.
Stir-fry just until bok choy is wilted, about 3 minutes. Stir in peanuts and serve immediately.
