ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) thin noodles
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 jar (16 ounce size) marinara sauce
1 chunk (1.5 inch size) processed cheese product
shredded cheddar cheese to taste
directions
Brown beef, onion, and green pepper together. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, marinara sauce and processed cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted.
Cook noodles.
Layer noodles and meat sauce in greased 2-quart casserole dish then top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
