I worked at Baby Doe's Mine Shaft in Denver, CO in 1979. I had the Beer Cheese Soup all the time during my breaks. But I am looking for that specific recipe, from that time. Some of these other beer cheese soups do not match the ones I had there. Can anyone help me find that recipe? It would be greatly appreciated.

The best Beer Cheese soup I have ever had! I have made it several times, now I just print the recipe whenever I take it somewhere because I am asked for it over and over. It is expensive to make, but it makes large servings. It stays well in a crock pot, so it is wonderful for informal gatherings or potlucks. Expect major compliments!
