ingredients

1/3 cup rice
1/3 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 medium tomatoes
1 ripened pimiento
1 cube (1 inch size) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

directions

Steam rice in 1/2 c. of water in a double boiler for 15 minutes.

Mix onion into the beef well. Stir and heat until the onion softens and the beef is well separated.

Place all ingredients, mixed well, in a saucepan; bring to a boil and let simmer 15 minutes.
