Ground beef, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup are simmered in a crock pot. Cooked rice is stirred in before serving.

2 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 can (15 ounce size) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup, undiluted
1 cup cooked rice
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onions and cook, stirring, until the beef is browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Place the beef and onions in the crock pot. Stir in the tomatoes and tomato soup. Mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until heated through.
Stir in the rice. Let cook on low for 20-30 more minutes. Serve hot.
