Browned hamburger is mixed with onion, celery, soy sauce, cream of chicken soup, and rice and cooked in a crock pot.

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 cup cooked rice
toasted slivered almonds (optional)
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, until the meat is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
Combine the cooked beef, onion, celery, soy sauce, oregano, and soup in the crock pot. Mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 2-3 hours or until heated through.
Stir in the cooked rice and mix well. Let heat for 15 minutes then serve, topped with the toasted almonds.
