It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

2 whole chicken breasts, split
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups sour cream

Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Season chicken pieces. Brown them in butter over medium heat in a skillet. When golden brown, transfer chicken to a 13x9" casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
Drain fat from skillet, but leave drippings. Pour sour cream into skillet and blend with drippings. Pour sour cream sauce over the chicken. There should be enough to cover all chicken pieces. Sprinkle with paprika.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!

This was simple and good but still needed something. I think next time I'll wrap the chicken in bacon before it goes in the oven. I just needed a little extra flavor with the sour cream on it.
