directions
Combine the chili powder, salt, oregano, and coriander seeds. Rub evenly on the steaks.
Refrigerate the steaks with the rub on them for 2-3 hours.
Heat grill to medium-hot. Grill the steaks for 7-10 minutes or until desired doneness. Turn the steaks once halfway through the cooking time. Serve hot.
