Seasoned Pan Fried Club Steaks

ingredients
2 cube steaks (4-6 ounce size)
paprika, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
flour, as needed
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
SAUCE
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
directions
Season steaks with paprika, salt and pepper on both sides. Dust with flour.
Heat butter and oil in skillet and brown steaks over medium high heat on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Combine sauce ingredients and pour over steaks.
