3/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (15 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 ounce size) cream-style corn
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cup freshly shredded Cheddar cheese
directions
Combine the water, onion, carrot, celery, salt, and pepper in a crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 2-3 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, milk, and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Cover the crock pot and cook for 30-60 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
