No-Flip Omelet

ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup cubed, cooked ham
1/2 cup cubed processed cheese product
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 soda crackers, crushed
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8x8-inch baking dish.
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir in the processed cheese, bell pepper, salt, and crushed crackers. Mix well.
Transfer the omelet mixture to the greased baking dish. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Remove the no-flip omelet from the oven and serve while hot.
The omelet can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 6 hours. Add 10 minutes to the baking time if refrigerated.
