1/2 ounce root beer schnapps
whipped cream
directions
Pour over ice in a tumbler and shake. Strain into a martini glass. Top with the whipped cream, and garnish with a mint sprig. For a less "powerful" drink, you can use regular root beer.

Made this almost as directed. Instead of whipped cream I put a tiny scoop of vanilla bean ice cream in the drink. As it melted it tasted like a root beer float!
