ingredients

2 medium cooked cold yams, peeled and diced
3 cups vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
2 cups ice cubes
1 teaspoon sugar
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Pour into all glasses and serve immediately.
