Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Not just good for diabetics but also for anyone wanting to save a few calories. I thought this was a flavorful punch and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

This worked great as a punch for Christmas day! I made many changes, mostly not for taste, but they worked. The store was out of unsweetened pineapple juice, so I used unsweetened pineapple-mango. Also, I didn't want to use the blue Koolaid, so I used "Raspberry Ice" Crystal Light. It was so good that family members who usually "pooh-pooh" drinks with artificial sweeteners loved it.
