Sweet Potato Mash With Rosemary And Garlic

ingredients
1 1/2 pound sweet potatoes, peeled & cut in 1" dice
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 red chile, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, peeled & finely sliced
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
directions
Put the potatoes in a pan and cover with cold water. Add some salt and boil until tender.
Meanwhile heat up the butter in a small pan and, when melted, add the remaining ingredients. Cook over a moderate heat until the garlic begins to color, stirring from time to time, then remove from the heat.
Drain and mash the potatoes then stir in the chili mixture. Check seasoning and serve.
