ingredients
2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, cut into chunks
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 cup cream
directions
In saucepan, boil sweet potatoes in enough salted water to cover, 20 minutes.
Drain, remove.
In saucepan, cook green onions in butter 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat, add potatoes and cream. Mash.
