Bleu Cheese Broccoli Casserole

ingredients
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup ritz crackers, crushed
directions
Cook frozen or fresh broccoli. Drain. In a saucepan, melt butter, crumbled Bleu and softened cream cheeses. Blend in flour. Mix well. Add milk. Cook, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, until mixture boils.
Put into a 1-quart casserole. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
