8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
14 packets sugar substitute
directions
Combine the cream cheese and yogurt in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with fresh fruit for dipping. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 1 week. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
