ingredients
assorted fresh fruit
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
directions
Wash and prepare fruit. Pat dry and chill. If using bananas, sprinkle liberally with lemon juice.
Combine pudding mix and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Beat at high speed until soft peaks form (about 8 minutes). Serve with fresh chilled fruit.

I made this to go with a fruit salad that I was bringing to a party. All the guests loved the dip and had seconds. It was super easy to make and tasted fantastic.
