Balsamic-Ginger Glazed Salmon Filets

ingredients
6 salmon fillets (6 ounce size)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons ginger marinade
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Over medium heat, cook the garlic in olive oil for two minutes. Add the wine, balsamic vinegar, ginger marinade, and thyme. Remove from the heat.
Rub both sides of the salmon fillets with the balsamic-ginger glaze. Arrange them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until the flesh is pink and firm.
