- #86928
ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 ounce size)
1 can (2.8 ounce size) French fried onions
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon dried dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter, melted
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the salmon in a 7 x 11" baking dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
In a food processor or blender, combine the remaining ingredients except the butter and process until the onions are in crumbs, about 5 seconds.
Place 1/4 cup of the onion mixture on each fillet and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Loved the crunchy onion topping! Our salmon fillets were on the thin side so the cooking time was less (just make sure to check periodically).
