Doritos-Crusted Baked Salmon

ingredients

8 salmon filets (6 ounce size)
1 medium bag Doritos Cool Ranch flavor tortilla chips
1 jar (16 ounce size) mild salsa
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon parsley

directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Crush tortilla chips in bag with rolling pin. Cover salmon filets with crushed Doritos, place on sheet in oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Combine salsa, honey and mustard in a sauce pan and cook on low heat until fish is done.

Serve each plate with 2 oz. of sauce; place fish on sauce and serve.
