Baked Salmon With Thai Sauce

ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
3 cloves garlic (or to taste), finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced Thai chili pepper
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro (or parsley if preferred)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 lime wedges
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together except the salmon.
Place salmon on greased baking sheet. Spoon Thai sauce over each fillet and bake for about 15 minutes depending on thickness of the fillets.
Serve with lime wedges.
