1 1/2 pound salmon fillets 1/4 cup sliced black olives 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped red onion 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato vinaigrette salad dressing
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Place the salmon, skin-side down on the foil.
In a bowl, stir together the olives, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, and salad dressing. Mix well then spoon evenly over the salmon fillets.
Place the fish in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot.
