Baked Salmon Steaks with Gremolata Crust

ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon finely sliced preserved lemon rinds
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 salmon steaks
salt and pepper, to taste
additional parsley sprigs
lemon slices, for garnish
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine garlic, lemon rinds, parsley and olive oil in a small bowl.
Place salmon in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spread bowl ingredients over top. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon slices and serve.
