1 package McCormick Grill Mates teriyaki marinade
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 pound salmon fillets
Mix Marinade Mix, water, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
NOTE: Teriyaki flavor perfectly complements moist, firm-textured salmon in this easy-to-prepare dish.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
