The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
non-stick cooking spray
1 green bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
1/2 onion, cut into 1/4" slices
1 can (12 ounce size) Spam Luncheon Meat, cut into julienne strips
3/4 cup salsa
8 flour tortillas, warmed (8" size)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
extra salsa, if desired

Spray large non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Saute green pepper and onion 2 minutes. Add Spam. Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in salsa and heat thoroughly.
Spoon Spam mixture into each flour tortilla. Top each with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream or yogurt, and extra salsa, if desired.
