ingredients
1 can (12 ounce size) Spam, cut into 8 slices
1 can (8 ounce size) pineapple rings, drained
4 slices American cheese
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
directions
Brown spam slices in skillet. Place 2 spam slices on each bottom half of hamburger bun. Top with pineapple ring and cheese slice. Cover sandwich with top half of bun.

I'm rating this as 5 stars before trying this recipe because I love spam and also pineapple. I know I will like it. I will try it on toast tomorrow and I know I will like it as I have eaten spam once a week or more for breakfast for several years. I love it many ways especially with dijon mustard.
