1 cup cider vinegar
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
ground black pepper, to taste
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes before using. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before using.
