ingredients
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
In a bowl, combine the butter, Parmesan, oil, and garlic powder. Beat well with a spoon until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator in a tightly covered container for 2-3 days.
To use, spread the garlic mixture on sliced French bread. Place the bread under the broiler and cook until golden brown and bubbly.
