Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
Low-Carb BLT Soup

ingredients
4 slices bacon, crisp and diced
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 quart chicken broth
1 medium tomato, diced
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce
directions
Cook bacon, chop and set aside.
In a soup pot, melt the butter, add vegetables (except tomato and lettuce) and sauce until tender. Add seasonings. Add broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Just before serving add tomato, bacon, romaine lettuce and cream. Heat gently, but do not boil.
