ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can ranch beans
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 package Spanish rice, precooked
3 cans beef broth
8 ounces tomato sauce
directions
Brown burger and onion together until well cooked. Drain well.
Add the remaining ingredients. Do not drain any of the vegetables. Heat soup to a simmering point and cook for about 15 minutes.
You can add more broth if you like a thinner soup.
