ingredients
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 pint boiling water, or more
5 carrots, peeled and sliced
6 firm potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small cauliflower
1 small bunch broccoli
1 zucchini
1 bag frozen peas
1 bag frozen sweet corn
1/2 pound minced beef or pork-beef mix (50/50%), fried
oregano
basil
rosemary
directions
At first, add the vegetable cubes into the boiling water, then add carrots. Let boil for 5 minutes, add other veggies, except zucchini and frozen goods. Let simmer 10 minutes. Add zucchini.
Try the carrots and potatoes for tenderness. If they are nearly done, add peas and sweet corn, meat, and herbs. Let simmer until everything is done (about 3 minutes) serve with bread and butter.
