I did almost everything as directed except the bag part I just sprinkled seasoning on and I left off the chive. Everyone loved it even my plain meat and potatoes grandmother.

We simply mixed the seasonings and evenly sprinkled them on the cutlets (instead of shaking them in a bag to coat). We left off the last step by mistake (sprinkling with lemon juice, Worcestersire sauce, and chives) but were thrilled with the results anyway. The turkey was very tender and flavorful.
