Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf

ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 jar (15.5 ounce size) spaghetti sauce
1 package (6 ounce size) sliced Mozzarella
directions
Using only 1 cup of sauce, combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Spread 1/3 mixture in loaf pan. Cover with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers ending with meat.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or microwave or bake for 20 minutes. May top with cheese.
Heat remaining sauce and pour over loaf after cooked.
