Banana Yogurt Pancakes

ingredients
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, separated
1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
2 bananas, mashed
directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
Mix together beaten egg yolk, yogurt, milk and banana. Add to flour mixture, mixing well.
Fold in whipped egg white and pour into oiled pan or waffle iron. Cook each side until brown.
