1 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash ground nutmeg
5 ice cubes

directions

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor; process until thick and creamy.

With motor running, add ice cubes; process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
