Low Fat Southwestern Rice and Bean Salad

ingredients
2 cups chilled, cooked white rice
1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, cooked and drained
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/3 cup snipped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup salsa
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or fat-free salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon cumin
directions
Combine rice, beans, corn, sweet pepper, green onion, and cilantro in a large bowl; toss well.
Combine salsa, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and cumin. Add to rice mixture; mix well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
