ingredients
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Italian-blend seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar (red wine or white, whichever you prefer) or substitute lemon juice
directions
Combine all ingredients. This will become thick, like a paste.
Add chicken, and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, or longer for extra flavor. (I prefer overnight.) Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or bake in oven.
