3 cups water
1 box (3 ounce size) orange gelatin powder
1 box (3 ounce size) vanilla pudding mix (cook and serve)
1 box (3 ounce size) tapioca pudding mix
1 can (4 ounce size) mandarin oranges, drained
1 tub (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the orange gelatin powder, vanilla pudding mix, and tapioca pudding mix. Stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil again then remove from the heat. Let cool completely.
When the pudding mixture is cool, fold in the oranges and whipped topping. Spoon the salad into a decorative serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until chilled.

I loved this recipe it was so easy and i put in small serving dishes and topped each on with an additional orange wedge! Every one enjoyed it. It reminds me of a dream bar.

This is a wonderful summertime picnic recipe. I have "tweeked" this recipe a bit, I also add a can of crushed pineapple with a little bit of the juice, and cut back to 2 cups of water when cooking the jello and puddings. It ends up thinning out because of the juice that's added later. This has become my family get together staple.

This is the best recipe! Everyone in my family loves this! We always have this for special occasions and there is hardly ever any left. It is really easy to make and you can use different flavors of gelatin and fruit to suit your tastes! You can also make it very low cal by using all sugar free/fat free ingredients. Do wait until your gelatin/pudding mixture is completely cool before adding the whipped topping. Yum!
