20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
6 ounces raspberry gelatin powder
16 ounces whole cranberry sauce
2/3 cup walnut pieces
1 apple, chopped
directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to juice to make 2 1/2 c. Bring to boil and add to gelatin, stir until dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apple. Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin tin cups. Refrigerate 2 1/2 hours until firm. Remove liners.
