1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup chilled pineapple juice

Can I use fresh whole cranberries for this recipe and do they have to be cooked first? If so how do I cook them?

This is a family tradition for us! We like to add crushed pineapple as well as the juice to make it a little thicker. We also add celery which gives it a nice touch & we sub walnuts for pecans. Either way this recipe tastes great!!

I made this last Thanksgiving and I used sugar free jello. It was very good. I can't tell much difference because I use sugar free often and am used to it. I added pineapple tidbits.
To get any jello out of a mold just put it in warm water for a few minutes to warm the jello up so it will dissolve just a little and then it will come right out.

I made your cranberry mold for Thanksgiving. I topped it with cool whip as an added touch. I enjoyed every bite, and I do mean every bite. I ate it all myself. Thanks so much for your help.
Molds are always so "iffy", I usually do this in a clear glass bowl and it looks great with the beautiful berry color.
I have to be honest, I didn't make it yet. I will be making it this Friday for a little dinner party. Regarding the 'cranberry mold' recipe: Can you tell me an easy way to remove the mold from the 'mold bowl'??? My email address is: celticcreme9497@peoplepc.com. Thank you sooo much. I'm sure it will taste great..I love cranberries. Mimi NJ
