Baked Corn Dogs

ingredients
3 cups biscuit baking mix
1 cup milk
1 package hot dogs (bite sized or regular)
margarine
6 slices American cheese
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix baking mix and milk until blended. Divide dough in half. Grease or spray a 1- 1/2 quart baking dish. Layer 1/2 the dough in the dish, and bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Layer in dish the following: a few pats of margarine, hot dogs (bite sized or cut up regular size), cheese slices and top with remaining dough and butter pats. Bake 8-10 minutes more or until brown. Serve hot.
